About these terms
These Terms & Conditions cover the website at skincarelagbe.shop and SkinCare Lagbe Social, the desktop content-management tool operated by SkinCare Lagbe? in Bangladesh. They describe the applicable website and application use. For support, contact skincarelagbe@gmail.com. Our Privacy Policy explains data handling.
Website information and shopping
Use the website lawfully and provide accurate contact and delivery information when placing an order. Product listings and checkout show the available product, price, stock information and applicable delivery or payment details. Review these before ordering. If an order or listing needs clarification, contact us with the relevant details. Questions about an order, delivery, cancellation or return should be sent to skincarelagbe@gmail.com so we can review the circumstances. Nothing in these terms removes rights that applicable law requires us to honour.
Product information and responsible use
Product information is provided to help you make an informed purchase and is not medical advice. Follow the manufacturer’s directions and warnings, and stop use if irritation occurs. Individual experiences vary. The website does not promise a medical treatment, guaranteed result or suitability for every person. Do not rely on website content as a substitute for appropriate professional advice.
The SkinCare Lagbe Social application
SkinCare Lagbe Social helps authorised account operators prepare skincare content, preview selected media and captions, and transfer approved content to connected social platforms. Its current TikTok integration uses Login Kit and the Content Posting API Upload workflow. It is operated as a desktop tool for the brand’s authorised account-management workflow; it does not process customer payments or provide a public account-signup service. Access to an integration depends on the platform’s available features, app permissions and account-holder consent.
Account authority and connection consent
Connect only accounts you own or are authorised to manage, and meet the connected platform’s eligibility requirements. TikTok conducts its own login and permission consent. The app requests user.info.basic to identify the account and video.upload to transfer selected media. Review requested permissions before authorising them. Keep account passwords, developer credentials and connection tokens private. Do not use another person’s account without permission.
Content ownership and permission to transfer
You retain any rights you hold in your original content. By selecting and approving content for upload, you authorise the application to process and transmit it to the chosen destination for the requested workflow. Ensure you have permission to use all images, footage, music, trademarks and other material, and that captions and product statements are accurate. Do not include private information you are not authorised to disclose.
Preview, approval and TikTok draft completion
Review the account, media, captions and relevant settings before approving a transfer. The current TikTok Upload workflow sends content to TikTok’s inbox for the account holder to review and complete in TikTok. Uploading or processing content does not confirm that a public post exists. Confirm publication through the platform’s actual post and status. Automatic future posting is not promised by a draft upload.
Public media URLs
Some transfers, including photo uploads by URL, require publicly accessible media. Approved files may be hosted in the store’s WordPress Media Library. Those files and their URLs remain public until separately removed. Review the media before approving this hosting. Revoking a social connection or deleting a local project does not automatically remove WordPress-hosted files or existing platform content.
Acceptable use and platform rules
Do not upload unlawful, misleading, infringing or unauthorised content, spam, or material that violates a connected platform’s rules. Do not bypass account restrictions, permission review or content moderation. Follow applicable intellectual-property, advertising, commercial-content, music-use and AI-disclosure requirements. TikTok and Meta are separate services; SkinCare Lagbe Social is not their official product or an endorsement by them.
Availability and third-party services
Connections may be interrupted or restricted by local computer settings, connectivity, expired permissions, platform limits, moderation or app-review decisions. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, TikTok app approval, acceptance of an upload or a particular publication time. Review errors and remote status before repeating an upload. Connected platforms’ own terms also govern their services, including TikTok’s Terms of Service.
Stopping use and data requests
You may stop using the application and revoke access through the connected platform’s account controls. Remove local credentials and campaign records separately, and manage drafts, published posts and hosted media through the relevant service. Our Privacy Policy explains data categories, recipients, retention and requests. Email skincarelagbe@gmail.com for support or a request about information we control; never send passwords or tokens.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms to reflect changes in the website, application or connected services. The current version and update date appear on this page. For questions about these terms, website orders or the application, contact SkinCare Lagbe? at skincarelagbe@gmail.com.
